Method of Buying from

- Select the item(s) you would like to buy (please use reference number and name provided).
- You may use our online order form.
- Send an E-Mail to info@intotherainbow.ca to reserve
the item(s) you are interested in or fill out the order form located on the website.
- You can call us at 1-705-789-3704 or 1-416-766-2973 or 1-705-783-2033 (Cellular).
- You will receive a confirmation E-mail to say that the items have been reserved. If any item has already been sold you will be informed immediately.
- All postage is charged at cost (i.e. NO PROFIT is made from postage). We ship via Canpar and will advise of the shipping cost in advance.
- You must state if you do or do not wish insurance against loss or damage for the goods during postage.
- Payment can be made in any of the following ways:
1. By payment using a US or Canadian money order
2. By Personal Cheque (please allow 10 days for the cheque to clear)
3. Cash (not advisable to send in mail)
- All money for goods, postage and insurance is payable before goods are dispatched.
- Stained glass will be shipped as soon as cheques have cleared
- Proof of shipment will be E-mailed as soon as the goods are dispatched for tracking purposes.
- The Buyer is responsible for any and all Duty for US Sales
Terms and Conditions of Sale
- All sales will be deemed to have taken place in Canada and will be governed by the import and export laws of said country.
- All Glass is guaranteed to be free of cracks, chips and stains unless otherwise stated in the description..
- Any known defects will be clearly detailed in the description of the goods.
- Goods may be returned for refund up to 7 days after receipt by the purchaser, unless prior agreement is reached for a longer review period. Returned goods must be in the same condition as when they were sent. It is the responsibility of the sender to insure these goods during shipping. The cost of the item will be credited in full to you upon receipt of the returned goods. Shipping and insurance costs are not refundable.
- These conditions may be varied without notice to reflect changes in North American law, or rulings by Customs and Excise or other circumstances beyond our control.
